Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective or not as described. Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging where applicable.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) garden flags and yard banners that are defective or do not match the description. Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defect). We will provide the return address and any prepaid label when the return is due to our error.

Return Process

Contact us via the Contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the address to send the item. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. We will confirm receipt and process your refund or replacement as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders made to your specifications are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. We confirm design and details before production. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items, if any, may also be non-returnable.

General Legal Requirements

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. and state consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected. California and other states may have specific refund or return requirements that apply in addition to this policy. If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory return rights, those rights apply as well.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, this Return Policy applies instead of cancellation.
